Job Overview: Team Leader (Quality Assurance)

We are looking for a Team Leader (Quality Assurance) to manage and guide production quality. The successful candidate will organize and support the shift to meet production targets within budget and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Production:
  Organize and manage the production shift to achieve production plans, on time and to quality standards.
• Quality:
  Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed, including ISO 9000 and Quality Systems.
• Team Management:
  Manage and motivate staff to perform to their best, to safety and operational procedures.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement quality controls.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  Record quality performance metrics and incident reports.
• Training:
  On the job training and guidance to staff on quality assurance.

• Technical Knowledge:
