We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Production Supervisor to manage our production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for smooth production, quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery and equipment as per SOP.
- Identify and rectify errors, do maintenance and oversee repairs.
- Monitor machinery to ensure smooth production.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
- Check and verify raw materials used in production.
- Check finished products for quality before dispatch.
- Use special equipment to measure viscosity, solidification, density, pH and other properties of polymer materials.
- Analyze plant and resolve production related issues.
- Supervise and guide production team to meet daily targets.
- Support packaging and shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Update and maintain production documentation, quality standards, raw material norms and process protocols.
- Work with R&D to improve product quality and develop new solutions.
- Maintain production records and submit to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science & Technology, Biotechnology, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science or related fields.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; on the job training will be provided.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of chemistry and natural science.
- Ability to operate industrial equipment and QC laboratory tools.
- Proficient in office software for documentation and reporting.
- Language: Basic English.
