Job Summary
Hilton Dubai is looking for a Steward to join our team. This role is responsible for cleanliness, hygiene and supporting kitchen operations. As a Steward you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe back of house environment to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Tasks
As a Steward at Hilton Dubai:
- Operate pot washing equipment and follow hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Performing daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dishwashing and waste disposal.
- Keeping all kitchen and back of house areas clean and tidy.
- Following health, hygiene and safety regulations when handling chemicals.
- Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols.
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by hotel management.
Salary
