Job Vacancy: Housekeeping Room Attendant

Position: Housekeeping Staff (Male & Female)

Location: Cielo Hotel, Qatar
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR 1,200.00 – QAR 1,500.00 per month

Cielo Hotel is looking for Housekeeping Staff to join our team. This role is for those who take pride in keeping things clean and hygienic so our guests have nothing but perfection during their stay.

Job Tasks

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant you will be responsible for:

Clean all guest rooms to hotel standards.
Change linens, make beds, vacuum floors and sanitize all surfaces.
Restock towels, toiletries and amenities as needed.
Report lost and found items to management.

Public Areas:

Keep public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators and restrooms clean.
Keep hotel facilities clean and tidy.
Monitor and take action if you notice any issues.

High Standards of Cleanliness and Hygiene:

Follow all safety protocols for cleaning chemicals, equipment and procedures.
Meet hygiene standards and rooms are up to quality standards.

Reporting Maintenance:

Report maintenance issues to the relevant department.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks when needed.

Guest Service:

Greet guests with a smile and offer assistance if required.
Keep guests calm and relaxed by controlling noise and resolving minor housekeeping issues.

Requirements

For Housekeeping Room Attendant role:

Experience: 6 months of experience in hotel housekeeping.
Language: English speaking with good communication skills.
QID: QID is required.
Attention to Detail: Cleanliness, organization and hygiene focused.
Teamwork: Can work independently and as part of a team.
Gender: Male and Female can apply.
Work Ethic: Can do tasks efficiently with a positive attitude.
