Job Duties
The Office Boy will be responsible for cleaning, basic office tasks and supporting staff and visitors.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and tidy the office, pantry and washrooms.
- Sweep, mop floors and throw away trash daily.
- Keep the office kitchen and common areas clean.
Administrative Support
- File, photocopy and deliver documents.
- Organize office supplies and inventory.
- Serve tea, coffee and refreshments to employees and guests.
- Keep records and monitor office supplies usage.
Supporting Staff & Visitors
- Assist receptionists, secretaries and administrative staff.
- Answer queries and requests from employees and visitors.
- Greet and direct guests to their areas.
Other Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Open and close the office as required.
- Handle couriers, deliveries and document collection.
- Bank related tasks if required.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Education: No degree required.
- Experience: Office Boy, Helper or similar role preferred.
