Salary

The Office Boy will get a salary of QAR 2,300 to QAR 2,500 per month. Accommodation and transportation benefits will be provided.

Responsibilities

As an Office Boy at Gulf Overseas HR Consultancy, you will be responsible to support the office in a smooth way. Your tasks will be:

• Serving refreshments: You will serve tea, coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Housekeeping: Keep the office clean and tidy. This includes common areas like meeting rooms, corridors and washrooms.
• Office supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies. Reorder supplies when necessary to avoid stock out.
• Office errands: Office deliveries, running errands and support the team with other tasks.
• General administration: Any other administrative tasks as assigned to support the office.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in similar role is preferred but not necessary.
