Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales
• Greet customers and help them to find products.
• Provide product information and help customers to make informed decisions.
• Upsell and cross sell products.
• Inventory & Stock Control
• Make sure shelves are full and products are displayed well.
• Monitor product availability and inform manager if stock is low.
• Assist in receiving and arranging new stock in store.
• Cash & Billing
• Process customer transactions fast and accurate.
• Handle cash and credit card payments securely.
• Issue receipt and maintain billing records.
• Store Maintenance & Hygiene
• Keep store clean and tidy.
• Arrange products according to store guidelines.
• Follow safety and hygiene rules at all times.

• Sales and negotiation skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Can work efficiently in a fast pace retail environment
• Knowledge of supermarket products and promotions
• Positive attitude and team work skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years sales (supermarket or retail experience preferred)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Language: English is required; Arabic is a plus
• Passport: ECNR passports only
• COVID-19 Requirement: Must have received the third dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccine
